Responsible for Day-to-Day operations of warehouse distribution center. Analyze and oversee all rentals, deliveries, and pickups while ensuring maximum efficiency. Manage operation and maintenance of our distribution center vehicle fleet. Maintain technical knowledge of proficiency of all hardware and software. Responsible for all aspects of inventory including maintenance, replacement, disposals, quarterly inventory counts and management of procedures to prevent loss or damage.

Main priority is to ensure daily rental readiness of equipment through visual inspection and methodical preventative maintenance to ensure operational safety. Perform troubleshooting involving malfunctioning equipment and make basic repairs. Local delivery and pick up of rental equipment to and from customer’s location. Demonstration of proper and safe equipment operations to customers upon delivery. Ability to leverage other team members to ensure deliveries are made on time and without failure. Complete proper check-in and check-out procedures at equipment depots. Perform other duties assigned by managers or authorized personnel.

Other duties include; Small computer repair(software and hardware), setting up machines on local or network settings, arranging technician’s daily schedule, small bookkeeping, shipping, follow up calls to clients, rebuilding machines for in office use or sale, maintaining customer relations, and any other tasks given to me.
