I am an associate (1+ PQE) in Squire Patton Boggs (AU)‘s Litigation Practice Group, assisting clients with their commercial, regulatory, and corporate disputes. My main areas of interest include, in no particular order: aviation law, maritime and admiralty law, international commercial arbitration, white-collar crime, and product liability (food and beverages, pharmaceuticals, and life sciences). Having completed my Bachelor of Laws (Honours) thesis in comparative constitutional law, my academic interests also lie in public, administrative, and constitutional law.I also previously rotated through SPB’s Labour & Employment Practice Group, assisting Australian and international clients with a range of employee and workplace relations matters, including employment contracts, enterprise agreements, employment award coverage, the application of federal and state employment entitlements, and redundancies and terminations. I also have experience assisting clients defend against unfair dismissal, general protections/adverse action, and bullying claims.
