Provide technical advice and guidance for all phases of assigned engineering projects and programs typically pertaining to roadways, dams, railways, ponds, and other heavy civil projects. Providing a detailed project schedule and budget and ensuring the successful conclusion of all phases within that budgeted amount. Prepare and submit contract request documents for contractor services and procurement needs. Participate with operating and maintenance departments in problem solving efforts to improve efficiencies, cost controls and protection of the environment.
