I am an Art Curator working in the fields of Modern and Contemporary Art history with an interest in 20th/21st Century photography, Fashion, Media and Performance, and the Architecture of Museums. Currently, I am the Assistant Curator of Education at The Neuberger Museum of Art, working on the recent exhibition, Hard Return: 9 Experiments for This Moment. I was the Curator in Residence at Express Newark, which gave me the opportunity to moderate performances for the Black Portraiture's Conference; allowing me to discuss with contemporary Artists their practices in front of a live audience. This is an experience I am hoping to continue in my next role. Prior to Express Newark, I was Professor Kellie Jones' Research Assistant at Columbia University during my last year as a Master's Student (June 2020-June 2021), and have held a position as a curatorial intern at The Robert Rauschenberg Foundation (August 2019-May 2020). My current goals consist of trying to interact/interview more contemporary artists working with Video Art, Multi-media, or photography, nurturing my own interests when it comes to contemporary Fashion/Fashion Design, and delving into more research about the history of Architectural spaces that hold/display Modern and Contemporary Art.
