The Mission portfolio was valued at US$90 million and included implementing a MCC Threshold Program (2008-2011).

Served as Director of Acquisition and Assistance for the South Asian countries of India, Sri Lanka and Maldives with a portfolio value exceeding US$100 million annually. One highlight was assuming the leadership A&A role in design and implementing a new, phased project instrument type in the aftermath of the 2004 Indian Ocean Tsunami.
