Hello, I have 10 years of experience working in education. Collegiate, middle school, elementary and detention facilities for at-risk students. During that time, I learned organizational skills particularly collaborating with administrators to reach a common goal. Meeting with parents and board of education members enhanced my skills as a person-centered professional. Understanding, communication and great listening skills plays an important part of really grasping the needs of the public. Paraphrasing and articulation provides comfort to your client, consumer and team members. During that time, I developed my skills as a empathetic person and professional. Alongside education, I gained a wealth of experience working in the tech industry as a project and business analyst for Total Systems. Being part of a team of many parts, working together to complete a project for a company in retrospect really prepared me for my future career as a UX Designer. Likewise, I've worked in the healthcare industry, retail and manufacturing industry. I'm ambitious, detail oriented, communicative, great listener, patient, empathetic and determined to become a well rounded designer. Digital Crafts UX Design program has given me the necessary tools and skills to be successful. With all of my previous experience and newly discovered skills as a designer I am ready to enter the realm of UX/UI
