Current• Source Candidates- Proactively source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.• Screen Resumes- Review resumes to identify qualified candidates who meet the specific requirements of client job openings.• Conduct Interviews- Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.• Coordinate Interviews- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring managers, ensuring timely and efficient communication.• Client Interaction- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their staffing needs, provide updates on the recruiting process, and gather feedback on candidate performance.• Database Management- Maintain an organized and up-to-date candidate database, tracking all interactions and progress throughout the recruitment process.• Offer Management- Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms as needed, and manage the onboarding process.• Compliance and Documentation- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations, maintaining accurate documentation for auditing purposes.• Training and Development- Assist in training junior recruiters and other staff members on best practices in full cycle recruiting and operational procedures.• Relationship Building- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive recruitment experience and foster long-term partnerships.• Process Improvement- Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes and tools to enhance efficiency, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.• Market Research- Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly.
