Conducted public meetings, surveyed businesses and residents and with in-depth analysis produced a report of recommendations to bring it to reality.

Managed the Hotel Administration Section that was responsible for the annual hotel licensing procedures, responsible for receiving and vetting all applications for hotel concessions and advising hotel developers in regards to existing Tourism legislation and policies.

Opened an 84 cabana resort on the shores of Daniel’s Head in Somerset and created a unique hotel product rarely seen in this region. Trained a highly skilled management team to maximize sales, developed more than one hundred staff with the assistance of custom designed policy and procedures and ensured high quality service to visitors and locals alike. Negotiated highly favorable contracts with vendors hired to enhance the experience at this facility

Paget, Bermuda

Oversaw the re-birth of this 24 room hotel, formerly known as the White Sands Hotel, as a new and improved hotel product. Re-established its presence within the local tourism industry through major renovations, rebuilding of its reservations system and through aggressive marketing overseas which surpassed the occupancy numbers of its former operators in a short time.

Managing a small size staff as General Manager, a hands-on approach in every aspect of the operation was necessary for this start up business to be successful. The client base being predominantly local, solicitation of the international business sector was critical and a fledgling hotel quickly became a stable, ever growing going concern.
