Currently, I am working as Vice President Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations at Byheart Infant Nutrition, where I spearhead the management of all aspects of infant formula manufacturing operations, including procurement of raw materials, packaging components, vendor negotiations, and team management. I lead the entire lifecycle of manufacturing operations, from sourcing raw materials and performing final canning to overseeing distribution to customer fulfillment centers. I orchestrate strategic planning and manage logistics and supply chain operations. I negotiate with vendors at optimal prices and favorable terms and conditions.

I played a lead role in managing the entire Zeeland site for manufacturing of all routine formulas; I oversaw wide range of site operations, including $350 million P&L accountability, site safety, quality, HR, maintenance, financial controlling, and talent development. I built and managed a site leadership team within a matrixed environment, assessed performance, identified skill gaps, evaluated training needs, and conducted training sessions to improve productivity and efficiency. I ensured smooth workflow of operations by scheduling maintenance activities.

In this role, I managed Zeeland operations for the manufacturing of Specialty Infant Formula, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. I enhanced ownership of financial budget targets. Worked with production department managers, quality managers, maintenance managers, processing engineers, continuous improvement engineers, project engineers, and safety leaders. I recruited best-fit talents by conducting interviews, and shortlisting eligible candidates.

I played an integral role in implementing budgets and meeting production standards for Zeeland Packaging and Blending Department. I ensured smooth workflow of operations by identifying and resolving problems, encouraging the utilization of automation tools, and sharing feedback with staff members. I trained and developed supervisors to improve performance. Collaborated with product development in introducing new products and processes.
