Currently, I am working as Vice President Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations at Byheart Infant Nutrition, where I spearhead the management of all aspects of infant formula manufacturing operations, including procurement of raw materials, packaging components, vendor negotiations, and team management. I lead the entire lifecycle of manufacturing operations, from sourcing raw materials and performing final canning to overseeing distribution to customer fulfillment centers. I orchestrate strategic planning and manage logistics and supply chain operations. I negotiate with vendors at optimal prices and favorable terms and conditions.

I played a lead role in managing the entire Zeeland site for manufacturing of all routine formulas; I oversaw wide range of site operations, including $350 million P&L accountability, site safety, quality, HR, maintenance, financial controlling, and talent development.
