Second Rotation, PT&D, GothenburgWorked as a Sourcing Project Manager, supporting a various range of global projects and studies within PT&D and Pharmaceutical Science with sourcing activities. This work included RFQ processes, supplier selection and relation, setting up agreements (CDAs, Master/Framework service agreements, POs etc.), as well as project management. During this rotation I also successfully completed a 3-day course in Applied Project Management held by Wenell Management AB.

First Rotation, PT&D, Gothenburg I worked with the development of process analytical technology (PAT) for continuous manufacture. In addition to this I worked in the AZ diabetes portfolio and contributed with solid state analysis as well as evaluation of design of experiments (DoE) and multivariate data analysis.

I worked in Chalmers research group for the European funded NanoRestArt project with Work Package 3. My responsibility was to develop and deliver a silica-based material for loading and controlled-release of plasticizers and antioxidants for the restoration of modern and contemporary art. We used several different techniques to make silica particles loaded with the plasticizer or antioxidant, e.g. soaking during different conditions and emulsification of silica nanoparticles and the plasticizer. For the controlled-release we constructed a lid using polyelectrolytes around the loaded particles.
