Account Executive - Enterprise & Strategic Accounts

This role sees me managing the life of the client contract, dealing with all operational aspects of multiple national corporate accounts on a day-to-day basis with my main focus being customer delight. Working within the office, on site with customers or from home as appropriate, I provide an essential interface between Apogee Sales, Service and Project Teams and all areas of the customer base including Procurement, I.T. and end users. In addition to my core role of managing existing fleets in a business as usual state I also conduct site audits, oversee installations, provide training, provide solutions for customers with technical queries, divert volume from third party equipment to Apogee solutions, as well as also producing bespoke installation, configuration, and end user guides for roll outs. Some of the key aspects of my current role are listed below: - Providing a dedicated contact point for customers and developing multi-level user engagement.-Identifying and delivering client objectives and strategies.- Ensuring all issue management is logged and reported upon- Identifying opportunities for developing additional revenue streams within the client organisation.- Providing a strong, mutually beneficial case for any new business.- Monitoring of outstanding service calls and liaising with relevant Service Managers to ensure SLA is met,- Arranging, attending and presenting regular and formal account reviews with the client and Apogee stakeholders,- Overseeing key installations to ensure customer satisfaction.- Managing the coordination of multiple business units (Supply Chain/ PDI/ Logistics/ Service/ Training/ Professional Services) to ensure a smooth transition from pre to post sales and effective service delivery into business as usual.- Controlling machines in field/asset registers, ensuring that systems and contracts are updated of any changes.- Taking “At risk" accounts back to a BAU state.
