Key Responsibilities: - Key member of the leadership team and finance business partner to CEO (Schneider Electric IT Business) on all financial aspect of the Services and Project business (approx. more than 130 million USD);- Utilizing both financial results and operation matrix to review and monitor the performance of the services business with respective stakeholders and ensure actual performance is accordance to plan and variances explained; - Preparation of budget, forecast, monthly revenue outlook, management reports and variances analysis for internal and regional stakeholders.- Perform post-mortem analysis on major projects and ensure that gross margin is within expectation and positive cash flow throughout the project life-cycle;- Provide financial guidance and build financial model to support business on any ad-hoc assignments and projects;

Key Responsibilities: - Pioneer in setting up the financial planning and analytical function in Schneider Electric IT business;- Provide strategic business analysis and deliver value added financial advice and solutions to help the business deliver on financial objectives;- Understand the key business drivers and related financial performance indicators while identifying potential areas of opportunity within the business to improve bottom line and support in driving these initiatives;- Provide financial leadership and lead in business case analysis, performance reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis;- Review monthly payroll, BAS, GST, FBT, bank reconciliation reports prepared by financial accounting team.

Key Responsibilities: - Manages the local finance team and liaise with the Shared Service office in India in resolving day to day finance issues;- In-charge of the accounting/planning and forecasting for payment exchange services;- Provide financial support and this includes preparing reports of financial results in accordance with accounting policies and regulations, for requirements of both the company and external bodies like Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore and Monitory Authority of Singapore;- Prepare and co-ordinate the forecast/ budget and monthly report to Asia Pacific HQ in Australia;- Prepare timely productivity and profitability analysis to measure business performance and support business decisions.
