Within 6 months promoted to the position of Operations Manager as OIEG's year-round schools department grew taking on 2 more UK based schools and 3 more overseas schools in America and Canada.The key responsibilities of the Operations Manager are:• To support and lead large teams across four sites within the UK and also mentor and coach other operations coordinators in three facilities.• Designing and implementing academic programmes for both private schools and summer school programmes catering for over 5000 people per annum whilst providing a logistical overview• Manage daily operational process for transport planning and service delivery for excursions• Slashed transport supplier rates by negotiating prices and terms, whilst ensuring the continuation and enhancements of services• Analyse performance data to improve and develop best practice strategy to which has increased consistent customer satisfaction• Managing departmental budgets and accurate financial forecasting (contracts, suppliers and marketing)• Chair weekly cross functional product meetings which involves review and development of staff materials and information tools• Develop accurate forecast reports for Marketing, Sales and Admission teams• Produce and develop data dashboards and data tools for senior management and marketing lead for cross functional teams• Eliminate potential transport failures inbound UK flights incorporated in daily planning proceduresMore recently, I have successfully delivery a programme that received 28 points of excellence from British Council (UK’s international organization for educational opportunities and cultural relations).
