Directed business planning and property management/tenant support for 1.8M sq. ft. of office and industrial, high technology research and development space; handled all lease negotiations and accounting functions. Provided full end-to-end management of a large-scale Solar Zone project, totaling $2.7M funding for initial improvements; handled funds allocation, development and execution tasks. Coordinated and led the $5.5M+ City of Tucson Water and Tucson Electric Power infrastructure project, managing all project functions from initiation through completion. Prepared application for TIGER Grant in 2015, 2016 and 2017 to secure up to $25M in funds for internal road system development project. Partnered with consultant to write the grant and complete NEPA, conduct cost/benefit analysis and facility economic impact analysis.Contributed to managing a $1.5M grant from Governor Brewer as an investment for commercialization for the Arizona Center for Innovation.
