About Marcus Khoo

25, one of those motivated individuals who would like to try something new, something that is out of my comfort zone. That is where I started my sales journey in an Automotive Industry called Carsome Certified Sdn Bhd. Without knowing any product knowledge about cars, I began to be fascinated with car features and designs. I started to learn every detailed information of different models that we have in our showroom so that I can present well to potential customers. Helping customers become familiar with the cars that they are interested in by offering test drives and explaining technical details is something I am passionate about. Not only do I love about vehicles, but communicating and building rapport with customers helped me to gain interpersonal and negotiation skills. I also learned to collaborate with team members and bank officers to achieve sales targets, which enables me to have more network to increase individual sales. Over the years, I am highly competitive against myself and others which leads to being recognized by General Manager and CEO of the company. I received an award and certificate of achievement for being the top Carsome Consultant where I sold about 130 units in 2022.Besides doing sales, I was also involved in marketing where I collaborated with marketing team members to create marketing content for various social media channels that conforms to the brand's visual style, format and target audience. I created my own individual page to implement online customer service processes to promote positive and consistent user experience ensuring brand loyalty.
