Area owner of the Instrument Panel assembly cell at the YFAI Riverside Plant. Audited and refined the Control Plan, MFMEA, PFMEA and work instructions. Developed and oversaw large area layout changes to maximize running efficiencies and scrap reduction. Maintained multiple pieces of delicate equipment, including an air bag laser micro-perforation cell, vibration welding and sonic welding cells. Managed preventative maintenance and rehabilitation projects for all equipment in this area. Designed guarding for equipment and ergonomic hand tools for operators using Sketchup 3D modeling software. 3D printed these parts in house in order to keep costs at a minimum.

Ensure the software and hardware systems of the VAA Cockpit line run as seamless as possible. Resolve issues with these systems when they do occur in a timely manner. Improve on the processes already in place in order to reduce downtime and scrap while increasing efficiencies and overall operation availability on a given process.
