This includes product selection, pricing and supply as well as process and application support to both exiting customers and new prospects. He solves technical challenges together with the application engineers to build up value that lasts. He can independently drive Total-Cost-of-Ownership projects and create tangible cost savings for the customer in the form of energy reductions, reduced environmental impact and reductions of maintenance costs. In the past year, Marcus has put a big focus on sharing the benefits of XBB/XBC compatibility and HPL greases to his customers.Marcus is easy to approach and happily shares his takeaways and reflections from successful projects as well as failures both locally and with the wider organisation.
