I work alongside the global teams, coordinating resources between Sales, Marketing, Business Systems, and Finance. Key functions include planning, reporting, sales process optimization, sales organizational structure and design, sales training, sales program implementation, and recruiting sales force talent.Responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the assigned sales organization and work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure the appropriate priorities are established within the sales organization.
