As a car park marshal, working closely with the head car park marshal aswell as the marshalling team was important to ensure the smooth running and operation of the Caffeine & Machine car park. My key responsibilities were to :- Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, by giving a positive welcome from the moment they arrive. This is due to the marshal's being the first employees the customers see. Encouraging positive customer service was important to ensure everyone was satisfied with their experience at Caffeine & Machine.- Managing the flow of traffic throughout the venue through entry and exit was crucial for customers to be directed to the right location and avoid the main road being blocked.
