• In-charge of Recruitment, Payroll and HR Operations activities for the Sales Team in Singapore and Malaysia, with a total of 240 and 45 employees respectively• Recruitment (SG, MY)- Cover the entire hiring process from sourcing potential non-executive, executive and managerial sales candidates through online portals such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet, etc. to interviews, reference checks to offering stage. Aside from the hiring process, I work closely with the HR Manager in manpower costing and budgeting• Payroll (MY)- Manage the monthly payroll and yearly income tax for Malaysia Sales Office through Timesoft system, ensuring all monthly statutory payments such as EPF, SOCSO, LHDN and EIS are well checked and submitted• HR Operations (SG, MY)- Approve all monthly employee sales incentives and claims. Responsible for generating reports for the HR Manager including salary expenses, turnover and hiring budget to ensure all personnel expenses are kept in line• Welfare (SG, MY)- Handle all employees grievances by providing advice on the next course of action and disciplinary cases which includes recommending the appropriate corrective action
