Dissertation for the School of Earth and Environmental Sciences, The University of Manchester, 2019.Delivered a Masters in Engineering (MEng) dissertation titled: "The Application of digital outcrop data for Reservoir Modelling of Carboniferous Limestone at the Greater Orme Area, Llandudno" with the main objectives of:1) To properly incorporate and amend any relevant areas of concern in the 3-D static model so as to obtain the best possible model and ensure that error propagation in the model is kept to a minimum.2) To create the most realistic and accurate 3-D reservoir model of the Great Orme carbonate succession based on 3-D static facies model and analogous petrophysical data.3) To determine the most suitable modelling approach for populating the facies with the petrophysical data via a variety of statistical methods in order to represent the model as petrophysically accurate as possible. 4) To incorporate further structural detail into the model in the form of fault and fracture data and networks to further improve on the static understanding of the 3-D model and increase the accuracy of the model. Most notable deliverables from the dissertation are as follows:- Developed a statistical petrophyiscal well log population method termed a random probability weighted log generator to automatically populate logs with a suitable petrophysical range of data from minimal data collection.- Produced ready-to-use porosity and permeability maps of the Great Orme area with relatively good facies-porosity-permeability correlations whilst still being able to capture intra-facies heterogeneity.

Main work portfolio entailed conducting an intitial Benchmarking analysis for behaviour prediction of the Clair Ridge project in order to assist with model calibration and narrow project uncertainty ranges with primary work focus on:1) Well Length Targets: Comparison and Interpretation of The Clair Ridge Project planned well length targets against historical well lengths and associated project performance.2) Injectivity Decline: Analysis of injectivity decline trends seen in analogous projects along with associated rate loss followed by a recommendation for further work to study the possible onset of decline on the Clair Ridge Project.3) Water-Oil-Ratio development: Study of the water production behaviour in simulation benchmarked against historical behaviour.Recommendations and further work suggestions were then taken into account in the upcoming amendments of the Clair Ridge Depletion Plan and Subsurface Uncertainty and Risk Management documents.

Part of the founding team of an engineering society dedicated to act as an umbrella society linking Malaysian engineering students to companies of various industries and disciplines. Activities and events include: recruitment drives, technology conferences, career fairs, technology summits and many more.

Interned at the Implementation and Design department of a construction company which specializes in the erection of Reinforced Earth Walls. Gained valuable site supervision experience whilst overseeing the erection and completion of the Sungai Long Interchange Project. Obtained design skills by performing simple panel drawings using AUTOCAD and attending design meetings visiting sites and clients alongside the Design Manager.

Part-time volunteer barista at a local church-run, non-profit café completely staffed by unpaid volunteers, which emphasizes on providing a comfortable working and leisure environment for everyone.

Creating inventory lists of church assets, drawing church complex floor plans and using programs and assisting in various operations and church events such as jubilee celebrations and masses.

Successfully procured sponsorship for a student-run technology conference to ensure the monetary success of the event, whilst performing constant follow-up during the pre-event phase and post-mortems after the event to ensure the satisfaction of event sponsors. Notable event sponsors include Accenture Solutions and UEM Group Berhad.

Ensured the effective delivery of event items and props of TEDxKL 2016, boasting an event attendance of over 3000 participants. Delegated relevant tasks to a team of 9 other members whilst also planning site recces and prop construction sessions for most event props.

Selected to participate in a year-long exchange program based throughout various regions in Germany. Stayed with multiple host families whilst actively learning the German Language, attending Year 11 classes in a local high school and also immersing in local culture.
