With a proven track record of driving change from inception to completion, I am skilled in managing programmatic and technical risks and developing strategies to mitigate cost and schedule impacts.In my current role as a Process and Quality Engineer, I am responsible for coordinating and leading the revitalization of all Manufacturing Design and Engineering Processes. I coach my peers and manage the quality of Functional Engineering responses to Non-Conformances raised against Functional Engineers, and have successfully overhauled outdated Manufacturing Design & Engineering processes.In my previous roles, I have been responsible for the oversight and coordination of Platform System deliverables to the customer, ensuring the purchased design meets customer-defined requirements, and advancing HVAC and Outfit designs to meet both customer and class requirements. I have also successfully managed a team of engineers, designers, and interns to resolve outstanding Production Change Notices.In addition to my professional experience, I am a Certified Professional Engineer and Project Management Professional with a strong commitment to employee development and community involvement.
