- Building applications for the analysis and derivation of insights from data within the palm oil industry- Tools: Neo4j, GraphQL, Kafka, Python

- Tasked with the responsibility of analyzing the performance of the organizations’ email and direct mail marketing campaigns from the past 3 to 5 years, and creating well informed, data-driven suggestions to improve marketing strategies.- Cleaned and manipulated data from 18 email and 15 direct mail campaigns; Power BI to create reports to visualize their performance- Clearly explained the visualizations created to a non-technical audience and intelligibly articulated concrete ways to reduce the cost of direct mail campaigns and increase revenue from email and other digital campaigns.- Created an address cleaning program in Python, utilizing an address verification API from SmartyStreets.

- Assisted in the impact evaluation of family strengthening programs for indigenous communities in Taitung, Taiwan and leadership programs for women.- Supported the design of surveys for data collection through Qualtrics and regression analysis in EViews, using Difference in Differences (DID) to control for the lack of randomization and Principal Component Analysis (PCA) for the construction of indices.

- Assisted in the organization and development of a Young Southeast Asian Initiative (YSEALI) regional workshop: Empowering Southeast Asian Educators.- Conducted research and proposal writing for other regional workshops relating to digital literacy, industrial revolution 4.0 and combating human and wildlife trafficking.

- Designed an email marketing framework through Mailerlite to promote subscription of the Me Books Plus App.- Aided in the development of Me Books Asia’s brand philosophy.- Proofread and edited various marketing materials.

- Co-produced 3 radio shows: I Love KL, Style File and Ticket to Ride.- Prepared and edited interviews with the founders of Malaysia’s most promising start-ups, NGOs and social enterprises including: H2GO Global, EPIC Homes, 100% Project and more.
