This role involes implementing automation and AI-based solutions to improve our Support platforms and the customer experience. I also act as a point of contact for escalated technical issues and provide advanced technical support for creators using ROLI and FXpansion products.I work to identify hardware and software issues based on reproduction, testing, tickets and customer feedback and report these issues to the appropriate development and QA teams. I moderate the ROLI forum, produce educational material and support articles, and provide expert advice and technical support on ROLI and FXpansion products and music production in general to retail partners, artists, and consumers. I also provided sound design work for ROLI's flagship plugin: Equator 2.

This is a customer facing role delivering second line IT and Media support. This includes responding to end user IT and Media issues and requests, including the diagnosis of technical problems and provisio of both short-term and long-fixes, as well as advice and fulfilling routine requests for IT and Media facilities. Other duties include visiting users offices and teaching rooms to deliver, install or provide support for potentially heavy or unwieldy IT and Media equipment including PCs, laptops, displays, projectors and printers. The role also includes back office duties such as building PCs and updating network configuration, advising on IT and Media purchases, receiving equipment and ensuring the asset register is kept up to date.

In October 2016 I was was awarded the Santander Digital Leaders award for excellence in Digital Media. Made possible by a generous gift from Santander Universities, the Digital Leaders initiative is aimed at students with a combination of exceptional creative and entrepreneurial talent in the digital field. I was selected for this award due to the success of my work as an independent producer, both as the artist 'Synthetic Epiphany', with over two million plays online, in terms of the freelance work I undertook to support myself through University, and the entrepreneurial skills I demonstrated in achieving both of these.
