Current- Design and Manage contractor construction of the SkyPier Baggage Handling System (BHS) for Ultimate Phase operation (with third runway (3RS) BHS implementation). I have been involved with this project since the tendering stage to complete the last mile connection between SkyPier-3RS tunnel and SkyPier Initial Phase BHS.- Enhancement of SkyPier Initial Phase BHS, including installation of new Automatic Tag Readers (Hybrid and RFID), integration of standalone Management Information Control System (MICS, a SCADA system for BHS) and modification of conveyor systems to prepare for 3RS Ultimate Phase operation.- Provision of Automated Container Mover solution in SkyPier Baggage Hall.- Tender Preparation for Maintenance Contract of Automated Arrival Baggage Delivery (AABD) system between HKIA T1 Midfield Concourse (T1M) and T1 Main Baggage Hall. AABD is a state-of-the-art Individual Carrier System (ICS) developed by Siemens to reduce the transportation time of arrival baggage from T1M to T1 carousels, enhancing passenger experience by shortened baggage retrieval time.
