In my role as Warehouse Employee at ICA I have had the benefit to develop.In my current situation I work with the following:• Delivery loading: Responsibility to prepare the goods for shipping and ensure the goods are sent away correctly. A task which may require both flexibility and creativity, but also a lot of stress resistance.• Automation reset: Ensure that the automation works as well as troubleshooting and resetting any interrupts.• Service: Stocktaking and refilling of storage spaces using a forklift up to 10 meters.• Picking: Assemble orders using an Order-picker Forklift.• Freezer: Experience of working in extreme environments. ICA’s Freezer department.• Night: Night shift with personal responsibility for operation of freezer automation and loading.

• Picking: Assemble orders using an Order-picker Forklift.• Internal transports within the warehouse.

• CAD/CAM: Designed work templates for CAD/CAM preparation.• Designed models in CAD and adjusted existing objects for CAM-processing.• Created procedures for manufacturing.

• Consulting. Offered expert advice based on customer needs.• Department Manager for different departments of the store.• Shift Manager. Managed the store and distributed tasks.

• Customer Service: Performed consulting and sales, tailored to suit customer needs.• Educator: Educated and trained colleagues at product launches, hardware as well as software.• Complaint Handling: Part of a special group assembled to handle complaints.

• Quickly created business opportunities after identifying customer needs.• Worked with orders, inventory, handled the cash register system and had contact with suppliers.• Responsible for opening and closing the shop.• The desire to solve customer problems made me a popular sales person with repeat customers.
