• Test Engineers serve as a bridge between developers and the general fleet and requires translating technical jargon and providing clarifications for the benefit of Ops drivers.• Responsible for testing the newest iterations of software before it becomes available for the General Operations Fleet.• Expected to provide the highest level of operational excellence and detailed feedback for the developers.• Expectations for this role include collaborating with release managers, dispatchers and other Canary Drivers for program work and troubleshooting as necessary; compiling changes between the software iterations, as well as verifying the changes on the log.
