As a sales rep, I took an un-developed account list and became the station leading biller. I brought mainstream advertisers to the station, developed new television advertisers, and was the top biller with Utah State Sports.In tenure as Local Sales Manager, I increased billings 2.5 times. In addition, I hired and trained new salespeople. I was instrumental in growing KJZZ sales’ reputation in the Salt Lake City market.As National Sales Manager I maintained the station's share of business despite a significant downturn in the spot television market. Developed and implemented a program with our national rep firm to sell sports packages for the Utah Jazz and the University of Utah. As Director of Sales for the University of Utah I increased billing by $1 million. I was the point person with the University for sponsorship fulfillment, and game operations. I developed the business plan that allowed the University of Utah, Utah State, and UHSAA sponsorship programs to be profitable.VP/Broadcast Sales for LHMSE. I functioned as GSM for KJZZ TV, 1280theZone and Megaplex Theatres. During that time, I was successful in the following: Grew revenue on one of the nation’s only independent TV stations. Helped Develop and implement new and different system for selling cinema advertising.
