Hello! My name is Marcus Lux, a 23 year old Korean-American feature screenwriter. I am a recent graduate of the UCLA Screenwriting MFA program (School of Theater, Film, and Television - 2022).I am currently looking for entry-level positions in the film industry, particularly ones pertaining to screenwriting, production assistance, development assistance, and any other relevant work.I spent the first seven years of my life growing up in South Korea before returning to the Seattle area where I graduated with a BA in English (Creative Writing) and Cinema & Media Studies from the University of Washington. After discovering my passion for screenwriting, I decided to pursue it at UCLA's competitive MFA program. My goal is to further Asian-American representation on the big screen in a substantive and refreshing way.
