Co-ordinate the Paralympic British Sailing Team’s training and racing activity in Rio, as well as co-ordinate the logistics requirements involved in that activity.

Contracted as a consultant to the British Sailing Team, RYA Olympic Manager and Racing Department to Coach the Performance Paralympic Skud Team in their Paralympic London 2012 & Rio 2016 Campaigns 2 x Paralympic Bronze Medals Achieved.

Contracted as a consultant to the RYA Youth and Junior Department to Coach the Laser 4.7 National Junior Squad, with a main focus on the development of the fundamentals in Laser Sailing and developing generic race craft skills.

Contracted as a consultant to the RYA Youth and Junior Department to Coach the Laser Radial National Youth Squad, with a main focus on the development of the Female sailors in the squad.

Organising, Hosting and Coaching Laser Open Training in both the Laser Radial and Laser 4.7 classes on behalf of the UKLA. Weekends are attended by up to 60 sailors on occasions.

Funded Sailor for the Company Loday/White, representing the Shockwave design in the F18 Class on the International Circuit. In this period I finished 2nd at the F18 World Championships and 1st at the Round Texel Race.
