Responsible for leading a team that supports stabilizing, standardizing, simplifying and sustaining of Process Excellence initiatives across the Trinity Health system. Active in supporting improvement of the patient care experience, regulatory goals, and all operational metrics such as: patient safety, quality, cycle time, rework, financial stewardship, and employee satisfaction. Provides process support and guidance to the Regional Health Ministries (RHMs) by working with Process Excellence teams to identify opportunities for competency development and performance improvement. Supports and trains process improvement methodologies with a heavy focus on Lean, Change Acceleration, Rapid Process Improvement and Six Sigma.

Provides specialized technical and analytical support to the revenue management team of the Health Network – Physician Network Operations (PNO) across Trinity Health. Performs highly complex analysis, issue resolution, and development and implementation of technical standards, methods, policies and processes requiring in-depth knowledge of multiple operational areas of the revenue management function, strong analytical, investigative and evaluative skills, and the ability to contribute to and provide primary accountability for managing/leading projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, PNO revenue cycle procedure development, HM Central Billing Office (CBO) performance improvement projects, accessing databases and utilizing reporting tools to extract data, generate reports, perform data analysis and draft system/process improvement recommendations. Assignments may require interfacing with, gathering information from and making presentations to various levels of management and internal executive leaders. Serves as a subject matter expert and internal PNO revenue cycle resource by providing guidance and issue resolution to colleagues on matters impacting projects and day-to-day assignments.
