17 years of consistently overcoming adversity and growing through various levels of leadership have taught me so much! I believe we are not meant to blend into the crowd, but we all have a unique purpose. I love helping others step into that purpose for themselves and reach new levels, both personally and professionally. Having the opportunity to lead a company here at HRO, I’ve had the chance to apply my past experience along with creativity and a vision to be different. I’ve been blessed to lead HRO from serving clients in 4 states in 2019 to now clients in over 40 states. We transitioned away from a traditional sales approach with a goal of generating leads while we sleep. We’ve done just that by building a channel partner strategy from the ground up that now consists of over 70 Insurance Broker partners across the Nation. This led us to the launch of our broker partner facing brand, the Broker Collective. Now, over 85% of our new business is referred by our growing partner network. The growth from this strategy has led us to rapid growth, doubling the size of our book of business over the past 2 years. The strategy in place is built to scale and we expect growth to continue ramping up, increasing the size of our partner network yoy, as well as new client volume and revenue generation. Along with the growth, we’ve consistently added quality people to our team, new technology and better processes to improve internal efficiency and the customer experience, leading to 5 Star service reviews on Google from our clients. We’ve taken complex processes and made them simple, dramatically enhancing the experience our clients and partners have when working with HRO. The skills and strategies learned, and the personal growth gained over my 17 year career so far, have positioned me to deliver significant impact to the people and opportunities I am blessed to engage with and be a part of.
