I am coming up on 23 years in the Oil and Gas industry. I was a CDL driver working at nights (which I despised), when the opportunity came to change careers and shifts, and so my journey began learning the industry. Through hard work and dedication, I eventually earned a career and reputation, I am proud of. If you are willing to work hard/smart, be dependable, on time, eager to learn, and try to be the best, you will always succeed. I must say you will never know it all or have done it all working in this field. There are advancements in technology being created continuously, some legitimate and some just snake oil. I am so glad to be a part of a company that treats employees with respect and shares knowledge and innovation.
