Functional ERP Project Manager GSCM Inventoy Management and Warehousing.- Partner with key Wind technical functions to ensure gaps are identified, and best practices/ lessons learned are applied throughout project lifecycle.- Collaborate and implement best practices to improve customer’s solution leveraging from existing Oracle ERP implementations in GE and from GE Power & Water’s Oracle ERP Strategy & Governance team. Serve as direct liaison to technical resources in order to translate and prioritize requirements for assigned functional areas while minimizing customizations.- Drive critical path decisions, make recommendations & influence program leaders & technical owners to maximize project payback

Building reliable and cost productive spare parts storing and logistics processes and the most effective distribution strategies to provide best Parts delivery options for European customers to support their wind sites located in all around Europe.Responsibilities:- Central Parts Warehouse Operations Planning, Execution & Capacity Management leading the Facilities and a wide and high skilled team for productivity and motivation.- Transportation and Distribution Planning, Negotiation, Ordering and Control (incl. Exports).- Quality excellence on Warehouse, Shipping and Distribution processes & execution (Lean + Six Sigma). To maintain processes and work instructions as part of QMS.- EHS excellence in Warehouse & Shipping operations, including establishment of processes to ensure a safe work environment and compliance with all applicable laws.- Metrics & Operating rhythm process in place to drive performance and service level up, ensuring issues detection, root cause analysis and corrective actions implementation and follow up

I will work with the Wind Parts COE to roll out an optimized platform strategy for Parts fulfillment with a focus on the Southern and Northern European poles plus Asia.

Supporting and leading the Wind Service Organization in ERP related tasks. Introduced new user/Employees and informed users about new changes in the ERP System. Working together with development Team by implementing Enhancements. I was part of the ERP roll out in Southern Europe (Spain) 2008. Supporting the Southern EU Service Team.
