Turning Point’s Targeted Prevention Supportive Services program provides Crisis Intervention, Case Management to individuals dealing with HIV and or High Risk. Provides clean Needles to Intravenous drug users though our Expanded Syringe Access Program, Free HIV Rapid Oraquick and or Alere 20 Minute test and assist any individual in need of a shower though our We Care About You non funded Shower Project. Oversee all administrative and program functions of the Outreach Center Provide individual supervision and guidance to three Patient Navigators, Outreach Worker, Intervention Specialist and a group of eight peersAssess all training needs and identifying resources to enhance staff skills Build linkage agreements with other agencies in order to service the clientelePerform regular QA reviews of the Outreach Center's client charts, outreach activities and all HIV Alere and OraQuick rapid testOversee an HIV/ HCV testing mobile unit operating during the evening and weekends Monitor staff attendance, documenting disciplinary action, distributing payroll, handling petty cash, ordering program supplies and equipmentImplementing and updating policy and procedure manuals and building curriculum to ensure the operational functions of the program Represent the agency at local and regional conferencesCoordinate agency-wide activates promoting staff awareness and identifying potential funding resourcesAdvocate for policies that support the well-being of the community and clients Run and monitor staffs work via AIDS Institute, AIRS Data Base system
