About Marcus Mason
Having worked in engineering for 19 years, I have broad exposure to engineering disciplines including induction hardening, grinding, CNC machining conventional and non - conventional, part inspection and usage of various measurement systems. Producing parts for aerospace, industrial gas turbine, mining and construction industries. During this time, I have taken the opportunity to earn a team leader position in my first job, then using this experience to take on a new opportunity, working myself upto a shift leader, then transitioning into a cell leader taking the lead on continuous improvement to achieve KPI's, RFT, improve product conformity and lead time.
