In conjunction with my leadership team, I create impactful business strategies and plans to support both short and long term company goals and objectives. I embrace the daily challenge of creating a culture and working environment which encourages employee retention that drives our goal of delivering best-in-class products and services. Ultimately, I am a remover of hurdles that impede our team members from performing their tasks in-line with company service and growth expectations.

In my role as VP of Technical Service, I managed the day-to-day operations of the support, installation and customer service departments.

In my role as Attractions Supervisor for Fiesta, Texas, I managed the day-to-day operation of all the attractions/rides inside the park.

Started as a teenager working my way through various jobs including ride operations, theater operations, guest services, until eventually becoming a area supervisor overseeing the day-to-day operation of a subset of attractions and rides.
