CurrentManages a team of 22 employees responsible for assessment and repair/maintenance of Stormwater infrastructureKey Results:Develop system maintenance protocols and structure by networking with key industry leaders to implement best practicesInstrumental in building the Stormwater Maintenance department from inceptionManage forecasts to study impact that engineering and construction projects have on the environment and customers in an effort to minimize and repair damage to ecosystems and endangered species.Oversee day to day operations of the Maintenance Department including staffing and budgetary needsOrganizes and manages the flow of projects to contractors when appropriate.Responds to requests by customers and executive management regarding Stormwater related issuesSuccessfully maintains positive morale within department by effectively implementing strategies for team input in project planningAssist with MS4 permitting processesAct as the operations contact for other utilities who see CCWA Stormwater Maintenance as a model for best practice implementationParticipates in the development of annual training goals, objectives, budgets and hiring of all team members Handle irate customer concerns with professionalismAsset ManagementEnsures staff follow safety protocol
