Leading the Transportation Management Team @ GB Rail Operations Europe and also the Door-to-Door Management Team for CP Basic Petrochemicals and Styrenics Europe, wich is located in Antwerp and Ludwigshafen

Global Business Services, Domestic Delivery Services- Managing the operational transport management team- Managing ad-hoc topics, e.g. in the context of escalation and crisis management- Supporting internal and external customers and service providers in logistical and technical requests- Participation in and representation of the Unit for cross-unit working groups (e.g. WG „Niedrigwasser“, Mobile Equipment Management Team, ‚COLT‘)

- Steering of the transport management team- Further development of the digitalization Rail: IT-supported, lean processes, end2end-transparancy and customer-oriented applications- Logistic coordination and cross-site creation and implementation of fallback concepts for systematically relevant shutdowns and delivery bottlenecks in the production network

Working on management tasks as a specialist for logistics and supply chain related topics and crises
