I worked on the construction and monitoring of the Strategic Planning for the year 2022, which ultimately enabled the company to achieve its objectives of professionalizing its departments, training its members, and achieving a historic revenue of 2 million Brazilian reais, growing over 100% compared to the previous year.

Responsible for structuring the Inside Sales and Marketing model of the company, resulting in the increase of sales from 350,000 Brazilian reais to 1 million Brazilian reais within one year (2021). This achievement positioned the company as the first Junior Enterprise in the South of Brazil to reach such a milestone.

Responsible for securing 30,000 Brazilian reais in funding for the "Save a Business" program, aimed at connecting Junior Enterprises to provide free consulting services to micro and small entrepreneurs in Santa Catarina.Another achievement was the establishment of the G8 Community, bringing together the 8 largest Junior Enterprises in Santa Catarina for problem-solving, training, and economic development initiatives in the state.
