Responsible for all KPI & financial performance at:- 18+ locations, including 1000+ Anheuser-Busch employees; 10+ 3PLs; $200M in spend. - Lead, Monitor, and audit Warehouse Plant Management Operations System for 35+ North America Locations. •Responsible for supply chain oversight in warehousing (including Safety/Quality), inventory management, network & production planning, spotting service, inbound logistics and all associated budget preparation & delivery for all areas. • Identify brewery supply chain organizational development requirements and play an active role in the selection and placement process for BPM and Supply Chain Manager roles.

 Responsible for support and monitoring of WHSE operations of 7of12 Domestic Breweries in the US.  Manage and communicate business objectives and strategies to Supply Chain Managers to lead positive business results. Develop & implement strategic plans that deliver Safety, Quality, Budget, and Service Metrics each year.  Work with management team to ensure standardization, improved processes & team performance.  Serve as Single Point of Contact for all Logistics matters related to Domestic Brewery operations

 Responsible for monitoring\managing production and distribution plans for weeks 0 through 1 and ensuring these plans are managed and executed with least possible cost. Ensure long/near term planning and adjustments result in lower conversion & freight costs. Manage and communicate business objectives and strategies to region team that ensures positive business results. Develop & implement strategic plans that deliver PI and or improved service.  Work with management team to ensure standardization, improved processes & team performance.  Resolve out of stock conditions, wholesaler issues, brewery inefficiencies, material issues and issues related to potential wholesaler\retailer holds and recalls at the least cost.

 Responsible for Southeast Regional Production Planning (includes 3 Breweries, CRTV, JKSV, & WMS) Production planning Liason between multiple Entities (Supply, Sales, Service Center, Brewery) Responsible for production planning and strategy for multiple new product rollouts (ex. Strawberrita, New Aluminum BTL) Plan/Implement Strategies in accordance with senior management guidelines to ensure Planning targets are achieved (ex. Footprint Mix, CDP, Dispersion)

 Direct Supervision of 4-6 Salary Employees and 130+ Fulltime/PartTime Union Employees Responsible for WHSE Budget (LE, Projects, Hiring, ect) Weekly Labor and Training Schedule for all Employees Implement Strategies in accordance with VPO guidelines to ensure WHSE targets are achieved

 Ensure Supply Chain mectrics are met to delivery brewery efficiencies in an effort to reduce company cost and increase revenue Warehouse Shift Group Manger Duties Provide Supervision and direction for up to 35 hourly workers per shift Initiate/Execute supply chain initiatives directed by zone and brewery senior management Active participant in Brewery Recruitment process.. (Perform Interviews; Travel to Career Fairs)

 Coordinate Logistics communication and activities to meet brewery requirements  Manage material inventory in support of brewery requirements Oversee/manage job detail for multiple brewery personel Implement projects and solutions for continuous improvement of brewery goals and targets. Daily/weekly production Planning and optimization Liason between brewery and external suppliers

 Analyze wholesaler sales estimates and historical sales trends in conjunction with proposed shipments to prevent product dislocation throughout entire supply chain network  Monitoring sales deviations and promotion changes to ensure efficient use of available plant resources Scheduling orders in line with product availability and plant loading efficiencies Monitoring near-overage beer to facilitate stock rotation using analysis from entire supply chain  Serve as central contact regarding product supply; directly for (40+ wholesalers and 1 Distribution Center ) Indirectly for 3 Southeastern Breweries and various corp. groups ( Sales, New Products, ect)

 Provide Technical Support for Entire International company Intranet  Daily Monitoring of Enterprise LAN/WAN for Rental Branches and Corporate  Assist in Training Team Knowledge Development group  Serve as Liaison for any Events, Outages, ect…that pertain to Enterprise Network Troubleshooting network problems Communicate and facilitate company wide IT upgrades and changes.
