Administrated, scaled, and improved four platforms (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Quip, and Ambition) to be more powerful, effective tools for sales efficiency and sales effectiveness. Additionally, trained and created enablement documents for an organization with 1,000+ total employees.

Managed projects to implement, migrate, and enhance the sales stack (Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator) to empower a large sales organization with 60 representatives that included inside sales representatives, account executives, customer success managers, and customer engagement representatives. Created training program around sales tools for sellers, as well as additional support material. - Developed 100+ Salesforce reports that increased sellers’ visibility into their accounts, which enhanced prospecting efforts. - Increased contact response rates by 5% by allowing sellers to flag inactive or unresponsive contacts in Salesforce (SFDC). At the same time, implemented a process to update contact data by exporting CSV files to ZoomInfo.- Assisted in proposal and contract management, as well as, building out processes around sending contracts.

Drove a series of process improvements to accelerate and simplify processes for pipeline development, lead management, activity tracking, and trade show outreach. Managed three dashboards with sales metrics. In addition, I managed and executed the contract and proposal process.

Attained 120% quota by placing 100 calls per day while generating $1.2 million in pipeline annually by performing extensive outbound prospecting as a junior account executive. Guided prospects through the entire sales lifecycle: demonstration, contract negotiation, and onboarding.

Completed a consulting engagement with a leasing company that increased occupancy rate from 70% to 87% in six weeks. Hosted four local events, invested in marketing outreach, and advertised properties to potential residents via social media.
