I currently operate within a team of over 25 trainers delivering driver, customer service and associated training in other roles that play a key part in the daily running of the online supermarket operation. This involves site based training sessions, driver recruitment and training/coaching of drivers in 3.5 tonne vehicles. My experience within this sector provides me with the credentials to deliver realistic and enjoyable training to employees to encourage safe driving techniques and the importance of good attitude and behaviour while driving for a business with a high public profile.
