I lead Denmark's central bank's work on the economic consequences of the climate and energy transition.My responsibilities include developing the area, approving publications, and coordinating resource use. I spend a significant part of my time supporting colleagues and participating in subject-matter discussions about the specific projects. In addition, I ensure information sharing and coordinate secretarial services for the Board of Governors across Danmarks Nationalbank's departments.Projects that I have been involved in include:• Climate and energy market research.• Asset pricing analysis of climate- and energy-related risks in capital markets.• Publication of carbon metrics for Danish insurance and pension companies.• Responsible investment of Denmark's foreign exchange reserve.• Climate-related disclosure from Denmark's foreign exchange reserve.• Development and marketing of green government bonds.• Secretarial services for the Board of Governors, including note and speech writing.• Press management and communication in the media and at debate events.

I am an external examiner in macroeconomics, energy and climate economics, asset pricing, and applied time series and panel data econometrics.

I led the disclosure subgroup within the Network for Greening the Financial System. The subgroup develops standards and shares best practices on disclosure of climate-related financial risks.The subgroup published two reports with recommendations for central banks' disclosure in line with the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures. My tasks involved project management, team meetings, and information sharing. All work took place virtually.The Network for Greening the Financial System is a network of central banks and supervisory authorities contributing to the development of climate-related risk management in the financial sector. The subgroup was comprised of representatives from about 40 central banks.

I worked in the academic research unit of Norway's central bank. My focus was on how the housing market and financial regulation affect the economy.I also participated in the ongoing surveillance of the Norwegian and international economy through:• Forecasts of the housing market based on a portfolio of time series models.• Scenarios for global economic activity and inflation.• Models for the role of energy markets in global business cycles.

I worked in the academic research unit of Denmark's central bank. I investigated how monetary policy affects households' and firms' inflation expectations and thereby price and wage setting. I also completed my PhD studies.

I wrote a PhD thesis in macroeconomics and finance. I also taught and examined in macroeconomics at the undergraduate level. All together, I gained extensive knowledge of macroeconomic and financial theory as well as applied time series and panel econometrics.The first two chapters dealt with how the housing market and financial regulation affect the economy through credit constraints on home buyers. The third chapter dealt with how housing market crises can cause banking crises and how financial regulation can prevent banking crises.

I provided secretarial services for the leadership of the Social Democratic Party's parliamentary group in relation to fiscal and tax policy. My tasks included:• Daily press management.• Preparation of notes, speeches, debate pieces and committee questions.• Strategic communication initiatives leading up to the 2015 general election.
