Strong familiarity with Drilling Operations, Performance in maintenance, upgrades, preservation and repairs to BOP and all well control equipment including but not limited to – Diverter, Annulars, Connectors, Drill string compensator, Marine Riser Tensioners, Risers, Slip Joints, Control Pods, Rams and bonnets, K&C Manifolds and valves, Fail safe valves in accordance with the Rig Maintenance System (RMS), guidelines, Best practices and referred manuals. Operate and pressure test BOP on the surface and on the seabed as required. Familiar with all makes of well control equipment, equally proficient in both MUX and Conventional control systems.Assisted Subsea Supervisor in the running and pulling of the BOP and Marine Riser equipment and leading the 3rd party team during IBWM. Disassemble, reassemble, install, and nipple down the BOP and all well control equipment as required, perform function and pressure tests prior to running.Assist in operating, maintenance and repair of subsea BOP control systems.Operate, maintain and test hydraulic connectors.Maintain BOP handling equipment, bridge cranes and all hoisting equipment, test and operate.Maintain accurate daily log sheets relevant to the subsea equipment.Be supportive with elaborating and maintain records of BOP and associated equipment tests, along with maintaining records of inspection and certification of subsea equipment.Assist onboard Subsea department to maintain an adequate supply of spares and suggest quantities and spare parts for re-ordering.Redress, perform maintenance, function and pressure test of all valve types, including but not limited to: SPM, Regulators, Control Valves, Check Valves, Poppet Valves, Relief Valves and CCSV’s.Performed all duties necessary informing of any issues that suggest non conformity and those which could affect the safe and efficient running of operations. Working as Subsea Engineer on different rigs in operations, tests, troubleshooting, commissioning, in different BOP´s – Hydril, Shaffer and Cameron – Mux and Conventional, for clients

Read, interpret and implement structural assemblies , as designs, scripts and procedures Perform the inspection of intermediate and final assemblies due. Identifying non-conformities in the product and take corrective and preventive actions.Identify points of improvement in product / process / area , resources for promoting the forum for continuous improvement .Perform special procedures where applicable.Make repairs and assembly under adverse conditions while ensuring the requirements of engineering.Leading the activities related to the program of continuous improvement.Perform any type of assembly, quality and safety.Conducting interfaces in the areas of support.Ensure the maintenance of tools and tools in the area.Monitor the proper use of road maps and drawings, seeking update when necessary, and the completion of documentation.Make reports on any kind of assembly.Reduce the number of non-conformities.
