Customer Development Manager
CurrentAs a Client Development Manager at Beamex, Inc., I collaborate with Regional Account Managers to support and enhance their sales efforts. My focus is on identifying and nurturing opportunities from existing and prospective clients, ensuring optimal client engagement and satisfaction.Key responsibilities:- Conduct regular customer check-ups to ensure proper product use and proactively address technical issues.- Maintain personal contact with strategic market segments and clients identified through marketing campaigns.- Manage part sales outside the WebShop, support agreement sales, and develop new Care Plan business for our Calibration Laboratory.- Establish Beamex as a comprehensive service provider and build strong customer relationships to encourage referrals.- Record all sales and client activities in CRM, transform marketing leads into sales-ready leads, and uncover qualified opportunities.- Develop sales for spare parts and uncover recalibration opportunities with existing customers.- Manage SSA and Care Plan contracts, including renewals and win-back sales.- Identify opportunities for upgrades, new product purchases, and professional services.- Provide in-house support to the sales staff and maintain customer records for order processing.- Handle customer RFQs, purchase orders, and provide relief for other office activities during absences or busy periods.- Direct calls to the appropriate party for further assistance.With over five years of experience in business and accounting services, I bring a proactive and professional attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
