-Manage engineering standards for 6 big bird locations along with support for the other big bird locations-Support the Engineering Standards Portal as the product owner for updates and enhancements, leading out with team that works with IT-Assist locations with continuous improvements to variances and line inefficiencies-Manage Engineer III positions-Work with groups like R&D, IT Automation, accounting, and engineering to improve plant efficiency, labor management, and the reduction of product cost

-Maintain engineering standards for 6 small bird locations along with support for the other 6 small bird locations-Support the Engineering Standards Portal for ease of use and increase of efficiency and upgrades-Assist locations with improvements to variances and efficiencies-Support training of LEAN and CI Concepts-TPS Master Class Certified

-Maintain the master data records and tracking cost for all plant equipment and rolling stock for the company-Managing 2 master data clerks and 4 managers- hiring, evaluations, and counseling-Produce weekly and monthly key performance indicator reporting for plants, hatcheries, feed mills, and truck shops-Maintain and track equipment level budgeting to actual cost on a weekly basis-Work with local IT group on maintenance project and configuration for new locations-Development of all SAP PM Maintenance custom screens and reporting using ABAP and Guixt scripts

-Maintain and support the SAP PM Fleet system- Master Data, training, and Inventory management in SAP PM-Evaluate and analyze the cost of operating vehicles and different locations-Assist Property Accounting, Payroll, Risk Management, Long Haul Transportation, and all of the complexes with their entire vehicle reporting needs-Manages three accounting clerks- hiring, evaluations, and counseling-Assisting, training, and working the "helpdesk" for the 46 Tyson Truck Shops using SAP PM
