Installed and manages Web Commerce server using IBN WebSphere and a custom API that links this to the company’s ERP systemEstablished and provided disaster recovery mechanism by setting up colocation facilities with IBM in Boulder, CO and installing Cisco routers and MPLS on hot-standbyProvide effective solutions for network redundancy by utilizing IPSEC VPN tunneling allowing the company to continue working while the MPLS link to HQ is offlinePlans and implements network integration required by company acquisitions. Tasks include installation of a new MPLS circuit, new phone system, reconfiguring LAN and gateways to allow multiple path routing, DNS changes, email user provisioning, client software installation, warehouse terminal installations and more.Works with vendors, construction companies, data cabling companies, telecom providers to establish connectivity, phone service, Internet and other network related services
