• Main point of contact for Dynamics AX 2012 R3/R2/2009 issues throughout North America• Participate in Dynamics AX script testing for new code rollouts and Go Live support• Provide staff training and creation of training materials• Gather requirements, analyze X++ code, and communicate frequently with the AX development team regarding code issues and requests• Troubleshoot issues and implement user requests in the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Product Information Management, Inventory Management, Production Control, Warehouse Management, and System Administration modules
