• Developed an Active Directory with forests, domains, and organizational units. Using OU’s as a way to sort the different departments in the organization. Group policies were created to help with the security of the network by restricting users access.• Installing Network Access Storage (NAS) as a storage location for server backup and Admin department desktop backup.• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems using virus protection and the Active Directory.• Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without disrupting other’s from completing their work • Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices routers, printers etc.• Check computer hardware such as SSD, mouse, keyboards to ensure functionality • Develop and maintain local networks in ways that optimize performance• Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to department specifications • Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate new software and computer equipment • Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems repair or replace parts, debugging etc.

I learned how to use XCode and taught other how to use it. We also started to build a small application that would help students in science.
